House Rules
From Flagon With The Dragon
Truth is, not much is needed in the way of house rules for MnM. These are mostly for flavor.
- 2d10 instead of 1d20
- We'll be rolling 2d10 and adding the results together instead of using a D20 roll. This is primarily to cut down on the silly results you get form the huge variance on a single D20 roll. Attacks with a critical of 20 now occur on a natural 19-20, attacks with a critical of 19-20 have a range of 18-20 and any improved critical effects simply add 1 from then on.
- More Powerful Firearms
- Firearms all have a +1 increase to their damage bonus and ballistic damage is considered penetrating. (See the MnM 2nd edition book for details).
