Ara Armen - Daughter of the late Baron Dmarion del Rus and an Armenian noble woman. Fostered in Armenia since the death of her child she was married off to the crusader William de Flure in a deal to insure the stability of the Barony of del Rus. She and her husband are in a political battle for control of the Baronial holdings.

Dimitri ? - Sage and student of the Corpus Hermeticum, he has served as an adviser in the Barony of del Rus for several years.

Abu Fouad - A Hashshashin living in Acre, he has served the Baron of del Rus for several years to repay a debt of gratitude to Baron Dmarion. He is a subtle spy and assassin he struggles now with his Hashshashin brothers over the rift in ideology caused by the death of their great leader.
